As the official travel agent, appointed by ITE for TransRussia 2005, IMS Travel, a worldwide reservations centre, provides a selection of travel services, which may be combined to make a complete package.

Their services include:

- Russian entry visas – business visas for exhibitors, tourist visa for visitors
- Hotel accommodation
- Airport transfers – essential in Moscow
- Pre and post TransRussia tours of Moscow

There is a very high demand for hotel rooms in Moscow and in order to help exhibitors participating at TransRussia 2005, IMS Travel has negotiated special rates. Exclusive exhibition rates can only be obtained through IMS Travel, who offer discounts on normal tariffs. You are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

All bookings need to be returned four weeks prior to the start of the exhibition – otherwise surcharges may be levied.
